A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) table is the foundation of every project in Conio. It defines what work needs to be priced: the descriptions, quantities, and units.
A scenario is a pairing of one BOQ table with one rate table. All matching, URA generation, and cost analysis happens inside a scenario. You can have multiple scenarios in a project — for example, one per tendering package or one per design option.
Goal: Go from a blank project to a priced, exportable Bill of Quantities.
